Description of problem:

dnf is available since 7.6, and people can install it.

We should check all relevant flows and make sure that they either work as expected, or at least fail gracefully.

We should probably document what the user should see if dnf is installed, and perhaps decide to not support this, say this is Tech Preview, or whatever.

4.3, but should also consider 4.2.

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install dnf on el7 engine machine and host machines
2. Do stuff (setup, add hosts/storage/VMs/etc.),
3. Make sure everything works

Actual results:

Already found issues, thus opening current tracker.

Expected results:

Probably that everything works, and the only implication is that user might have split dnf and yum histories.
