Description of problem:
In Web UI, a 'cross' button works like "Confirm" instead of "Cancel".

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Workloads -> Virtual Machine Templates -> Create Virtual Machine Template
2. Fill in all required Basic Settings.
3. Move to Networking, hit create NIC, without entering anth, hit X (cross) button, empty nic will be created, the same as I would hit tik (confirm) button. So I have to click 3 dots to choose "Remove NIC".

The same happens on the next Storage tab, and I suspect everywhere else.

Expected results:
I expect no <item> be created, as X (cross) is equivalent to "Cancel" to me.
