What this bz is basically about is following. There is set of gnome-shell extensions shipped as rpm packages in el8. These extensions can't be turned off even if gnome-tweaks allows you to do so. They should either be not listed at all in gnome-tweaks->Extensions or user should not have the opportunity to enable/disable them in gnome-tweaks->Extensions.
Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a
resolution of ERRATA.
