Description of problem:
With Openshift v4.0, will not provide an accessible docker socket for use within a custom build image. so should update image and remove exposeDockerSocket in  https://raw.githubusercontent.com/openshift/origin/master/examples/sample-app/application-template-custombuild.json

1. Check application-template-custombuild.json from origin repo

Actual results:
had builder image which is build by docker 

Expected results:
should have custom image builded by buildah

Additional info:
Add new custom build cases for 4.0

Adam, We should just remove that sample entirely, it's being replaced by the tutorial defined in https://github.com/openshift/openshift-docs/pull/13876
