Description of problem:
After upgrade of WGT from 4.2-9 to 4.3-3 the executable for ovirt guest agent is missing. You have to run the installation again with repair mode to get the executable back.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install WGT 4.2-9
2. upgrade WGT to 4.3-3
3.

Actual results:
missing agent service executable from C:\Program Files (x86)\Redhat\RHEV\Drivers\Agent\OVirtGuestService.exe

Expected results:
agent service executable is there and service is started
