This will include upstream sanlock release 3.7, which will not include the python3 changes, but will include:

- configurable lease/sector sizes
- allow sync io
- fix missing dblock return from paxos_lease_acquire
- resource index

configurable lease/sector sizes is required for RHV to support 4k drives.
