We(RHV storage QE) can not test this as we do not have the HW to support 4K on NFS or gluster so we NACK this bug until we have proper HW.

Maybe Sasundar can ack and verify this bug as he has gluster(which is also File storage) with 4K enabled?

Yes, this feature is qualified for gluster storage domain.
