I tested manually openstack-nova-14.1.0-56* package family on 2019-08-27.2 puddle (14.1.0-55) and it seems to be solving the issue with "tempest.scenario.test_snapshot_pattern.TestSnapshotPattern.test_snapshot_pattern" Tempest test.

I'll do deeper testing for flakyness overnight, but if not said otherwise, this can go straight from on_qa to verified then.
