Description Gene Czarcinski 2000-08-26 13:42:30 UTC
I successfully did a TUI harddisk install of rc2. This system has a ATI
Rage Pro with 8MB video ram and sucessfully runs 1280x1024 in 32bit mode.

However, the installer would not let me specify 24bit 1280x1024 or
1024x768. I finally got it to accept 16bit 1280x1024.

This is actually a Xconfigurator problem.

Comment 2 Trond Eivind Glomsrxd 2000-08-30 15:39:01 UTC
What happens when running it (Xconfigurator) manually?

Comment 3 Gene Czarcinski 2000-09-01 07:24:31 UTC
works fine outside of anaconda.

At this point in the cycle of testing, I am close this as ??.

The tui installer just runs Xconfigurator, so it should work now...
