When upgrading from F29 to F30 I got:

Chyba: Kontrola transakce selhala:
  soubor /usr/share/man/man1/josepy.1.gz z instalace python3-josepy-1.1.0-8.fc30.noarch koliduje se souborem z balíčku python2-josepy-1.1.0-6.fc29.noarch


python2-josepy is required by python2-certbot and once we upgrade to python3-certbot the new dependence is python3-josepy and python2-josepy is left behind and create a file conflict.

I guess that python2-josepy should be obsoleted by Fedora.

IMHO:

 1. python3-josepy should explicitly conflict with python2-josepy < VERSION-RELEASE
 2. python2-josepy and python2-certbot should be obsoleted (by f-o-p)
