When upgrading to Fedora 30, python3-josepy-1.1.0-8.fc30 has file conflicts with python2-josepy-1.1.0-6.fc29 - file /usr/share/man/man1/josepy.1.gz. When moving files from one subpackage to another, a proper explicit conflict is required. Please add: Conflicts: python2-josepy < 1.1.0-8 To python3-josepy.

For some reason, python-josepy-1.1.0-9.fc31 only provides version 1.1, which breaks python3-acme, that wants >= 1.1.0 ✗ sudo dnf repoquery -s --provides python3-josepy-1.1.0-9.fc31 Last metadata expiration check: 0:05:50 ago on Sat 29 Jun 2019 09:16:27 PM PDT. python3-josepy = 1.1.0-9.fc31 python3.7dist(josepy) = 1.1 python3dist(josepy) = 1.1 ✗ rpm -q python3-acme --requires | grep jose python3-josepy >= 1.1.0 python3.7dist(josepy) >= 1.1.0 ✗ sudo dnf update --best Last metadata expiration check: 0:07:35 ago on Sat 29 Jun 2019 09:16:27 PM PDT. See https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-rpm-generators/c/ff085a044d19dd40aaeb236a11fe024c064ef16a?branch=master This should probably be more loud, I'll announce it on devel. Mass rebuild should deal with that, as a workaround, rebuild acme. Sorry about the breakage.
I'm fixing acme and certbot.
Thanks Miro! You rock!
