Description Nicolas F. 2019-04-21 17:46:21 UTC
Minecraft-Overviewer is soon going to make the switch from Python 2 to 3, and will update its build system to continue providing prebuilt packages for CentOS/RHEL. However, EPEL currently does not offer a Python 3 compatible version of the pillow library. This puts us into a bit of a rough spot as we'll either need to drop RHEL or maintain our own pillow package for no good reason.

I'm filing this against the python36 component because the python-pillow component apparently doesn't exist, and the python-imaging component is orphaned.

Comment 1 Orion Poplawski 2019-04-21 18:11:36 UTC
There are some missing dependencies:

python36-qt5
python36-sphinx_rtd_theme

python36-qt5 needs:
python36-pyqt5-sip
python36-sip-devel

Comment 2 Nicolas F. 2019-04-21 18:43:18 UTC
The qt5 module is an optional dependency and only required for the ImageQt part. python36-sphinx_rtd_theme is for local HTML documentation only as far as I'm aware, and should be trivial.
