Description of problem:
When installing Fedora 30 from anaconda, and selecting Design Suite, fails the dependency check.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
synfigstudio-1.2.1-3.fc28.x86_64
ImageMagick-libs-6.9.10.28-1.fc30.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Fedora 30 install
2. select Design Suite
3. press Done

Actual results:
Error with software selection. Press Details to show the dependency error.

Expected results:
No error after selection.

Additional info:
Looks like synfigstudio was not re-built for newer ImageMagick in Fedora 30, but just a Fedora 28 package.

synfigstudio currently doesn't build; I've filed a bug upstream.
