Description of problem:
On smaller mobile screens, the Monitoring UI graph controls don't fit in the graph container.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On a screen with width 320px, go to the Alerts list page
2. Click on any firing alert

Actual results:
All graph controls should fit within the border of the graph container.

Expected results:
Prometheus UI link is pushed outside of the graph container.

Graph and Prometheus UI link on Alerts Overview page are shown correctly on iPhone6s

Verified on 4.1.0-0.nightly-2019-06-20-015058
