The WGT Iso is shipping spice-qxl-wddm-dod 0.18 while upstream released 0.19 including speed improvements for Windows 10.

Re-targeting to 4.4 since dependent driver changes are targeted to 4.4.

Added dependency to 1745324 since on 4.4 we will have a new installer that will fix that issue
