I can't get voikko to work in Fedora 30 in LibreOffice.

Trying to follow the instructions at https://voikko.puimula.org/ooo-kielityokalut.html the problem is that Voikko does not show up in the list of available language modules, and the Voikko entry seen on the list at

https://voikko.puimula.org/images/muokmod.png

is empty if you click on it.
