+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1714433 +++

Description of problem:
Currently, Kaminario Cinder FC and iSCSI volume drivers are not
handling "connector=None" in the terminate_connection. This causes
the failure of the following tempest test:
test_volumes_actions.VolumesActionsTest.test_force_detach_volume
Which is failing the RHOS certification.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
every time you run the tempest test:
test_volumes_actions.VolumesActionsTest.test_force_detach_volume

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run the tempest test: test_volumes_actions.VolumesActionsTest.test_force_detach_volume with Kaminario.

Actual results:
Test Fails

Expected results:
Test should pass

Additional info:
Fix have been merged to Stein stable (and of course other branches).
