Description of problem: Currently, Kaminario Cinder FC and iSCSI volume drivers are not handling "connector=None" in the terminate_connection. This causes the failure of the following tempest test: test_volumes_actions.VolumesActionsTest.test_force_detach_volume Which is failing the RHOS certification. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: every time you run the tempest test: test_volumes_actions.VolumesActionsTest.test_force_detach_volume Steps to Reproduce: 1. run the tempest test: test_volumes_actions.VolumesActionsTest.test_force_detach_volume with Kaminario.
