Assigning this to Jaroslav based on https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1688937#c14 Works. Wait. I got confused. Turning use sql view on for 5.9 and 5.10 will fix the right hand side: https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq-ui-classic/pull/6101 This was merged Mon 2019-08-26 I'm unsure when the commit to fix the left hand nav bar was merged. But it was improved for performance.
