Each of the modular X library packages should have:

Obsoletes: XFree86-libs xorg-x11-libs

instead of the Conflicts lines present now.  The devel subpackages should
similarly obsolete the XFree86-devel and xorg-x11-devel.

All of the latest built libraries have this fixed for both libs and devel.
