Steps:

 - Uploaded Manifest
 - Navigate to Content =>  Red Hat Repositories => Select filter 'RPM' => 'ON' Recommended Repositories
 - Navigate to Content =>  Red Hat Repositories => Select filter 'Kickstart' => 'ON' Recommended Repositories

Observation:
 
 - The "Recommended Repositories" option on Red Hat Repositories page does show RHEL 8 BaseOS, AppSteam and its kickstart repo
