Description of problem:
The "Recommended Repositories" option on Red Hat Repositories page does not list RHEL 8 BaseOS, AppSteam and its kickstart repos

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.5

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Content -> Red Hat Repositories page
2. Click on "Recommended Repositories" 
3.

Additional info:
RHEL 8 clients are supported only Satellite 6.5 onwards, so these repos should be added in the Recommended Repositories section

Per bug 1715476, please also ensure that the appropriate Satellite Tools repository is also included.
