[root@iqe-vm-test-dlezz-xmnlaatrag ~]#  ls -ltr /var/log/insights-client/
total 196
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 198774 Aug  2 06:10 insights-client.log

[root@iqe-vm-test-dlezz-xmnlaatrag ~]# rpm -qa | grep insights-client
insights-client-3.0.6-4.el6.noarch

permissions now seem OK
