Description of problem:
The breadcrumb on this page reads: 
"Control > Explorer > Policy Profiles > All Policy Profiles"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.11.0.18

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Control > Import/Export
2. Look at breadcrumb
3.

Actual results:
It reads "Control > Explorer > Policy Profiles > All Policy Profiles"

Expected results:
It should read "Control > Import/Export"

Also noticed that if you are on e.g. the "Control" -> "Explorer" -> "Policies" -> "All Policies", it will have that breadcrumb on the "Control -> Import/Export" page. Same for e.g. conditions, alerts, etc. bug 1740893 and bug 1740890 are essentially the same bug as this one.
