Description of problem:
The breadcrumb on this page reads: 
"Control > Explorer > Policy Profiles > All Policy Profiles"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.11.0.18

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Control > Simulation
2. Look at breadcrumb
3.

Actual results:
It reads "Control > Explorer > Policy Profiles > All Policy Profiles"

Expected results:
It should read "Control > Import/Export"

Additional info:
Noticed that the breadcrumbs are actually using the last page you visited under Control->Explorer
