This is the RHEL 8.1 bz for removing iotests from the builds

Description of problem:
Remove the execution of iotests from the qemu-kvm.spec file (in the %check phase). The build environment is not sufficient for executing iotests.

Verified on qemu-kvm-2.12.0-86.module+el8.1.0+4146+4ed2d185.x86_64.

checked the build.log, qemu-iotests execution has been removed.
