Description of problem:
Remove the execution of iotests from the qemu-kvm.spec file (in the %check phase). The build environment is not sufficient for executing iotests.

Verified this bug on qemu-kvm-core-4.1.0-5.module+el8.1.0+4076+b5e41ebc.x86_64,
qemu-iotests execution part has been removed.
