The OVN plugins (host and central) do not support containerized environments and all the sos_commands related to OVN are empty.

Tentatively 8.2 scope

devel_ack+ will be granted after PR will be approved (some changes/feedback pending and will appear)

The business justification for the 'urgent' priority is that right now when OSP customers running OVN (which is fully supported since OSP13) send a sosreport, we don't have any data to be able to help them and solve escalations/customer cases.

We'll need this into 8.1.z. The reason is that OSP customers with are not providing any OVN related information in the sosreports.
