In addition to adding and synchronizing the AppStream and BaseOS repositories, it is required to add these repositories to a Content View, and associate this Content View with the AK.

Add this information to docs. Jonathon suggests the following o be rephrazed and added to our docs:

When provisioning a Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 system it's important that the Content View contains the corresponding AppStream Kickstart repository. When using an Activation Key on a managed host the key's Content View  must also contain the AppStream Kickstart repository otherwise the host may fail to be re-provisioned.
