This breaks upgrade path. I see that now, for some reason f30 is synced with master, but f31 is one commit behind. I'm not sure how it got into that state. That commit is just a release bump, so it's an easy fix to just merge master to f31. FEDORA-2019-6f86638266 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 31. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2019-6f86638266 python-parso-0.5.1-2.fc31 has been pushed to the Fedora 31 testing repository.
