Description of problem: Advanced Virt 8.1 Beta includes qemu 4.1.0, which has a slight output change.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Stable/stein as of today.

Actual results: Traceback from oslo.utils when using qemu 4.1.0

Additional info: This is resolved in upstream/master:
