Hi,

Could you please build spawn-fcgi for EL8 ?
It is in the dependency chain of another package I'd like to maintain in EPEL8.

Master branch rebuilds properly against epel8 target.

lighttpd-fastcgi requires this package

The Requires: spawn-fcgi in lighttpd-fastcgi is likely bogus.
You should report that as a bug against lighttpd.

Actually, my research on this matter shows that spawn-fcgi is very likely unneeded on any systemd based distro and thus it should likely be retired from Fedora and not released for EPEL 8.
