Currently pending update to `rust-env_logger` to 0.7.0, from use of the `env_logger` function `format_timestamp()` in Zincati, which was added in the 0.7.0 release (https://github.com/sebasmagri/env_logger/releases).

`zincati-0.0.6` requires `mockito-0.20.0` or higher in order to use `PartialJsonString` in unit tests, which in turn requires the `assert-json-diff` package adding (PR to add license: https://github.com/davidpdrsn/assert-json-diff/pull/5). Will open a review request shortly for this package.
