Hi,

Right now rubygem-capybara is not maintained on EPEL.

This lib is specifically important for puppet which is maintained on EPEL and will probably have a build on EPEL 8.

Would you please mind maintaining rubygem-capybara on EPEL?

Hi, I am not interested in EPEL, but feel free to do whatever you have to do in EPEL.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 32 development cycle.
Changing version to 32.
