Diff to epel7 spec file to allow build on epel6

Hi,

I'm hoping to build a python3 version of m2crypto within EPEL6

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1769891

This requires python-typing for that python34 build.

Note the python2 version in RHEL6 is too old but that is some what irrelevant.

Attached is a diff the epel7 spec file that allows the package to build. The diff contains no surprises I would say.

Happy to maintain myself if you prefer?

Can't remember why I wanted it.
