Description of problem:


We would like to rebase flatpak to 1.6 and it also requires new bubblewrap, at least 0.4.0. 

Currently in rhel 8, there is bubblewrap-0.3.0-1.el8

This rebase request is blocking rhbz1775339 - flatpak rebase in 8.2.0 which is planned and approved already. Flatpak rebase is quite important feature for 8.2.0 - https://projects.engineering.redhat.com/browse/RHELBU-118. New flatpak is also crucial for following features for 8.3.0.


@mjenner can you please as representative of sst_container_tools_rhel_8 ack or ask somebody from your team to ack
