Description of problem:

The case 1752383 was established for an error found in EL6 nagios-plugins-oracle and was put to testing. Because EL7 was moved to stable the case was closed but the actual case was started because of EL6. 

So the EL6 issue is still not resolved. Per the previous case the EL6 version was in testing at https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2019-f6182b7356

A concern is that testing page only list the bug BZ#1768270 and no listing for 1752383. Additionally the case 1768270 is also closed. 



Expected results:

The testing has been open for a month and a half, can it please be manually moved to stable.

This update should fix the problems in both. Please test and I will push to el6 in a week.
