Fusioninventory require perl-HTTP-Daemon to be used on CentOS / RHEL 8

perl-HTTP-Daemon-6.01-23.el8 package is already delivered by RHEL 8 in PowerTools / CodeReady Builder repository. You only need to enable the repository <https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL#How_can_I_use_these_extra_packages.3F>.
