All of the required dependencies are already provided by PowerTools repository that you need to enable: <https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL#How_can_I_use_these_extra_packages.3F>. This was resolved in Bug #1761447.
Paul is right, this seems ok with PowerTools enabled.
