Pipeline build strategy is deprecated in OCP 4.3:

A deprecation notice should be added to the relevant API gdocs:
https://github.com/openshift/api/blob/master/build/v1/types.go#L617-L618

Making priority low, severity to medium - we already have a visible deprecation notice in the web console [1].

Also note that https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1785291 and the associated PR there cherrypicks the deprecation notice from 4.4/master back to 4.3.z as well,
where the deprecation was introduced in 4.3.0.
