Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite 6 since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/28489 has been resolved.

Looks like it had two components to it.  One commit you opened a PR for, the other picked clean, it seems.

Steps/Observation:

 1.Login to Satellite UI >Content>Red Hat Repositories
 2.Enabled and Sync "Red Hat Satellite Tools 6.5 for RHEL 8 x86_64 (RPMs)" and "Red Hat Satellite Tools 6.6 for RHEL 8 x86_64 (RPMs)"
 3.After that not showing available to enable.
