Description of problem:

Namespace selection ignored when Update Channel changed in Create Operator Subscription page. The operator will be installed to default namespace instead of the specified namespaces.

OpenShift 4.2.14

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to install Cluster Logging Operator, go to Create Operator Subscription page
2. Select namespace with non "default" namespace
3. Change Update Channel
4. Operator installed to "default" namespace

Actual results:

Operator installed to "default" namespace insted of specified namespace

Expected results:

Operator installed to specified namespace
