It might be true that the upstream project is unmaintained, but there are still packages in fedora that depend on this package, and they are now broken because of the retirement.

It affects at least:

- dokuwiki
- moodle

Regarding moodle, see https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/moodle/pull-request/2 (and bug 1807715 that I just opened to draw attention to the pull request).

I will check into the other package.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 33 development cycle.
Changing version to 33.
