Description of problem:
Independent mode should not be showing namespace field instead cluster name should be shown.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):4.5


How reproducible:1/1


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Installed Operators -> OCS
2. Storage Cluster -> Select Independent Radio Button
3. It shows namespace dropdown

Actual results: Shows namespace dropdown.


Expected results: Should be cluster name text field.

Need not to be verified as the installation flows have now changed and that doesn't take in account the namespace.
