Description of problem:
Independent mode should not be showing namespace field instead cluster name should be shown.

How reproducible:1/1


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Installed Operators -> OCS
2. Storage Cluster -> Select Independent Radio Button
3. It shows namespace dropdown

Actual results: Shows namespace dropdown.


Expected results: Should be cluster name text field.

Setup:
Provider-vmware
OCP Version- 4.4.0-0.nightly-2020-05-07-045837
OCS Version-4.3

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Installed Operators -> OCS -> Storage Cluster -> ocs-storagecluster (cluster name)


results:
Cluster name and Namespace shown in "Details"

Is it proper to verify this bug with OCP 4.4 and OCS 4.3?

No Oded. This cannot be verified in OCP < 4.5 and OCS < 4.5.
