Description of problem:
metrics chart cannot be shown on master host dashboad

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.3.0-0.nightly-2020-03-06-003558

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install ipi on baremetal cluster
2. Go to Compute -> Bare Metal Hosts->Click to master host and then click at the "Dashboard"
3. check the Utilization card

Actual results:
3. All chart shows 'No datapoints found.'

Expected results:
For filesystem usage, the request seems https://console-openshift-console.apps.titan90cluster.qe.lab.redhat.com/api/prometheus/api/v1/query?query=sum%28node_filesystem_size_bytes%7Binstance%3D%7E%27%27%7D%29
 no instance name given in the requests

This is caused by master hosts not correctly assigned to the nodes https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1801238

Checked on IPI BM cluster with payload 4.5.0-0.nightly-2020-06-11-183238.
Now charts in "Utilization" card on BM master host dashboard are showing with data.
The bug is fixed.
