Shawn: Can we abandon this, or do you want to make its case on the PR? This has been stalled for a while now, not to mention the dependent 4.3.z backport.

Closing this out. 4.4 is in maintenance mode, this is low severity, and has a work around (use a dynamic client). (see https://github.com/openshift/client-go/pull/158#issuecomment-677956884) |
