Description of problem:
'Start Node Maintenance' don't trigger node maintenance

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install IPI on BM cluster with 4.4.0-0.nightly-2020-03-19-075457
2. Enable Container-native virtualization operator
3. Go to Compute -> Bare Metal Hosts -> choose one worker node, select `Start Node Maintenance` button

Actual results:
3. Nothing happens 

Expected results:
3. Should open the dialog of Start Node Maintenance
