Description of problem:
The release of the OpenShift Pipelines Operator TechPreview has changed the way the Tasks and ClusterTasks are structured, this has broken Pipeline Builder

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to the Pipeline Builder (create button on the Pipeline resource)
2. Select the `buildah` from the task dropdown
3. Select the `buildah` node

Actual results:
Sidebar shows only a name

Expected results:
Sidebar should show multiple Parameters, One Input Resource and One Output Resource.


Additional info:
v1alpha1 should be backwards compatible
v1beta1 should be supported

Not Tested. Cloned this ticket for proper 4.5 testing. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1823859

Reasoning behind this was because currently 4.5 OpenShift Console clusters cannot install the OpenShift Pipelines Operator (0.10.7 and 0.10.8 on dev-preview and canary channels respectively) due to an incompatibility in the Kubernetes version (1.18). It's being investigated but we need to get a 4.4 GA fix into 4.4.0 before it goes GA so that we can fix a break in the Pipeline Builder that will occur once TechPreview of the OpenShift Operator is released (on/around 4.4 GA).
