Missing backgrounds on select

Description of problem:

In the topology view when a node is selected, the background of all the nodes & labels is disappearing.

How reproducible:

in Firefox browser

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Developer perspective, Topology
2. Select a node

Actual results:

Nodes and groups are drawn incorrectly with no backgrounds (see attachment)

Expected results:

Nodes and group draw correctly with backgrounds
